It’s all very easy. Visit the online shop any time, browse as much as you like, and make your selections. Then, you can follow the onscreen directions to complete your order. You’ll receive instant order acknowledgment via e-mail.
RIELH handbags are made of beautiful, imported leather. You may notice grain and slight variations of color. These are characteristics of fine leather and should not be taken as defects. The leather is natural and untreated, with noted exceptions. Your handbags can spot and sometimes lose color, so please do treat your RIELH with care.
Color transfer may also occur (especially on light colored leather), so think twice before pairing your new bag with your favorite pair of jeans – we know how tricky that blue dye can be! Helpful hint: we *highly* recommend using a leather protector on your bag before use.
Caution should be taken in products where haircalf is used. Haircalf is extremely delicate and can be prone to balding depending on wear and tear.
Particular care is recommended for laminate colors (metallics) because bringing them in contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and alcohol derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather, metallics should be treated with weather protection.
We are confident that you’ll love your products as much as we do, but we understand that life happens. We will make every effort to repair or replace damaged products; however, we can only honor sales purchased from rielh.com. For any other purchases, please contact your retailer.
*For handbags, we will be happy to repair or replace your bag for up to one year after date of purchase.

You have 3 shipping methods available to you at checkout. Ground shipping is the most popular option, and the most affordable (DHL, MRW, SEUR it’s free). If you need your items sooner, you can choose 2-day shipping for 20€, or the standard overnight option for 30€.
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (apart from major holidays), with a cut off time of 1 pm. If you place an order after 1 pm, or over the weekend, you can expect it to process in 1-3 business day. Once the order has been processed and we do have your items in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability.
There may be exceptions to these shipping guidelines during major holidays. Please plan for delayed processing times during this period.

Ground shipping and returns are free for all orders placed within the España Otherwise, your total shipping charges will be computed at checkout, prior to the completion of your order.
For all the International Orders, you will be responsible for any duty and tax that are charged outside of shipping costs.
China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, and Taiwan:
We now offer free shipping and returns to on orders over 150€.
Orders under 200€ will ship with a flat rate charge of 100€.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International exchanges at this time.
Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Melilla, Baleares and Portugal:
Shipping in EUROPE is available for a flat rate of 50€.
Your flat rate will be 150€. Don’t worry, your order will be worth it!
On occasion, we receive a high volume of traffic and stock may sell out before our website has updated. Sadly, we’ll have to cancel your order if this is the case. No worries though, we will notify you and process your refund within the next 3-5 business days.
We will grant a one time price adjustment on full-price items within 30 days of the order date. Please contact us and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Price adjustments cannot be honored during sales.

Since we are located in Madrid, all orders shipped to addresses in Madrid are subject to the 21% Sales Tax.
