PROCEDURE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The return period is 14 calendar days without justification (Article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27). The term begins from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the godos.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify RIELH, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an email addressed to our email: official@rielh.com You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the communication regarding the exercise by this part of this maritime law sent before the expiration of the corresponding period is sufficient.
Visible damage to the packaging. These types of claims are those that are observed before opening the packaging, that is, when still unpacking the package we observe some type of damage on the outside of the package received. The deadline to make the claim and notify us is within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
In order for the claim to be considered correct, the consignee must state the carrier Seur or the delivery note of the carrier that must sign when receiving the merchandise, a detailed description of the breakage, indicating the number of damaged packages.
Generic comments of the type “damaged packages” “damage”, “packaging in poor condition”, etc. will not be accepted. The customer must keep a copy of the signed to the carrier and send it to RIELH along with clear photographs in which the damage to the packaging is noticeable.
– Write us an email within the period in which the extent of the damage is detailed.
– Accompany the claim with photos of the damaged merchandise where the damages are appreciated and photos of the packaging, in which the carrier’s label is visible.
– It is very IMPORTANT that the recipient keeps the original packaging , including all accessories and provided documents of the merchandise, since it must always be collected with the same packaging with which it was sent (user manual, warranty, certificate of authenticity).
If in the 14 calendar days following the date of delivery you are not satisfied with the product, it will be sufficient to return it without having used it (that is, that a use of the product has not been made beyond the mere verification of good condition and operation), in its original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled) and with all accessories, instructions and documentation included. Transportation and collection of merchandise will not be reimbursed.
All products purchased may be returned during 14 calendar days starting from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Electronic Commerce Law.
The return costs will be borne by the customer. You must previously indicate your intention to return the product by email to official@rielh.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
The refund in the customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt in good condition of the merchandise by RIELH, We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you to The initial transaction.
The return of packages that do not include any attached item that identifies the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be accepted. The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product / s. Any person returning a product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
When making the return of the product, it is recommended to do it by the same means and channels through which it was sent to, in this way, guarantee a correct transport and avoid possible damages and breakages that endanger the good condition of the product.
